All undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled for the spring 2010 semester at universities with accredited ag programs in eligible regions may submit an entry. Entries from students who do not meet eligibility requirements will not be considered for judging. Essays must be submitted no later than April 15, 2010 (11:59 p.m. CST).
